All done and dusted! Listed on the 19th of June, three offers on the 6th of July, contract signed on the 7th and settled today with a cash buyer - just under five weeks since it first went online. And at a great price! Saved me and my family THOUSANDS!
The whole process was so simple and so easy to follow. If you follow the videos online I can't see how anyone couldn't do the same. It was a bit of fun too, and so bloody satisfying to do it myself.
